Moving Target-TAR

This TAR (The Adrenaline Rush) posing only took about maybe 4 hours and the render took WAY longer than that. And I've been slowing working on it since this quarantine. If you are experienced at this kinda stuff please feel free to give me your thoughts or suggestions on it I'm slowly learning how to do this stuff by myself. They Came out REALLY noisy so I used the medium tool and I think it worked,,?
